Just wanted to offer hearty congratulations for having bred a lovely girl like Meesha. She has a beautiful temperament and you must be very proud that she has become a PAT dog. A suberb achievement and great news for the TM breed!
Well done to you and Jan ...keep up the good work.

Hi Mark and Rosemary, once again well done Meesha, you must both be very proud of her. TBH, I am not sure if any other TM's have ever qualified as PAT dogs in the UK, I know of one many years ago in the US. I will ask Pam to see if she knows; her lovely natured boy "Alexander" was a PAT dog, but he was a BULLmastiff

Hi Andy.
The site is coming on well.
Thanks for putting on your main page about "Meesha" Sobarna Ebony becoming a Pets as Therapy dog. She passed the "interview" with flying colours and received many comments as to her "calm nature and friendly approach to all the judges". Meesha wanted to say "thanks to her mum and dad Leah and Kiah for bringing her up in the right manner". How many other TM's have become PAT dogs??.
Many thanks. Mark and Rosemary and Meesha

Hello Andy
Any chance of you writing more Notes on the Breed? It hasn't been the same for us overseas people since you stopped. You provided a "hub" of information from different breeders in different parts of the world as well.

I have been following the breed for about four or five years, since we lost our Italian Spinone. We have been dog free since then and the house is way to tidy and quiet. We have been doing our research and trying to ensure we make the right decision on the next breed we choose or as has always happened chooses us. We have found your website to be a great source of information and help. I hope to catch up wiith yopu at a show soon and thank you in person and meet your beautiful TM family.
Thanks for a great site
Alan

Hello Andy,
So good to see your website again! And it has some changes.... it looks beautiful... I also read that you lost Chuba and now Hannah also... my condoleances, I wish you and the family lots of strenght. When I look at some of your girls, I see some resemblence with my Pandora. I also had bred a fully grey female, just like some of your girls.... I love this color.
Well, good luck to you and your dogs!
Esther

hiya im kieren hows it going
as a tibetan mastiff breeder i was hopeing you couldwell im kieren i live in lasgow but have lived in cornwall and other places in england for the past 10 years or so and also travelled and lived in italy and central asia.
i am currently having a carrer change descision/crisis.. was doin forestry and tree surery wich was great but i thinki am capable of so much more.. now the only dilema is do i go with the heart or head the classic dilema.. hehe.
anyway moveing on i really like your profile and you have a very cheeky look about you wich i like.. me i have always loved these dogs and i was wondering if you could help me in the next few years i would like topurchase a dog. of the tsang-khyi subtype of tibetian mastiff eg..over 30 inches tall at haunches and definately with the traditional tsang-khyi maneand large temple guardian charactoristics.. as i beleive this type is becomin increasingly rare due to the preferency of breeders to the much smaller do-kiyu type.. can u help me to find a breeder or help me find the right dog with a ood hipscore and parentage...
thanks
kieren

Hi, Andy,
It was great fun meeting you at Crufts. I love your website and your beautiful dogs! I will be picking up my puppy on March 29, and will send you pictures as I promised. Sabrina and Phil are not very good at sending pictures, but I will take dozens once the puppy is home. His name will be Shang-Hai's Jampo Khyi, and I will call him Jampo. I have read through your website and learned a lot! Hope to visit your kennel next time I'm in the U.K. Thanks again for all the info and for your being so gracious with your time at Crufts!!
